Periodic inspections

Periodic inspec­tions give you the assurance of a problem-free cooling tower operation. Polacel offers a choice of two service models.

Clients that have an inspection contract, have their cooling towers checked by our experts, who record their findings in a detailed report and make mainte­nance recom­menda­tions on the basis of it.

When the customer has a periodic inspection and mainte­nance contract, we take care of all the mainte­nance. This is a compre­hensive solution where we adapt our mainte­nance programme to meet your require­ments and your schedule, as put down in clear agreements.

Capacity measurement

Even when perfor­mance remains optimal, the capacity of a cooling tower can drop below the critical level unnoticed. Additional equipment, changes in production or other factors can play a significant part.

The Polacel mobile research department has the measuring equipment that is able to measure perfor­mance with precision. A detailed report will tell you, for example, what you can expect on a particu­larly hot day.

The independent Polacel experts also measure the relevant data upon completion of construc­tion or after an overhaul. Their findings and conclusions give you an accurate picture of the actual perfor­mance.

Noise reduc­tion

Noise is becoming an ever more important environ­mental factor. Polacel engineers can make recom­menda­tions about and install provi­sions that make major reduc­tions in noise without any loss in cooling capacity.
