Polacel builds cooling modules that meet precise spe­cifi­ca­tions. Our sales engi­neers give advice, analyze your wishes and take personal respon­sibili­ty for delivery so that your order is comple­tely in line with your instruc­tions.

Polacel's own service orga­niza­tion specia­lizes in cooling tower mainte­nance. Irrespec­tive of brand or version, the mainte­nance specia­lists know all the ins and outs of the whole technical area and are involved in the latest develop­ments.

Polacel has broad experi­ence in cooling tower mainte­nance. We work in accor­dance with the require­ments described by ISO, VCA, VDMA, CTI and Euro-Vent. The techni­cians are able to carry out the required mainte­nance in virtually every location and in practi­cally any time frame.
 

Gua­ran­tee for health and safety

Polacel provides a health and safety plan for each project. It contains guide­lines relating to safety, working condi­tions and coope­ration on the project concerned.

On request, the health and safety plan can be amended to match similar client plans or to suit other imple­men­ting parties.

NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2008 certification

GEA Polacel Cooling Towers has demonstrated it has a documented and implemented quality management system that conforms to the standard NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2008. The quality management system has been evaluated in accordance with the procedures for systems certification of TUV Nederland for the scope of activity: Design, production, sales, assembly and maintenance of cooling equipment.

SCC** 2008 certification

GEA Polacel Cooling Towers has demonstrated a SCC-system  (SCC = Safety Certificate Contractors) which complies with the requirements of the guideline SCC** (2008/05). The SCC-systems has been evaluated according to TUV Nederland's certification procedure for the following scope: Production, assembly and maintenance of cooling equipment.
