GEA Nilenca is a Black Empowered Enterprise (BEE), in which 33% shareholding / ownership is currently held by a historically disadvantaged individuals.

GEA Nilenca is also firmly committed to the development of previously disadvantaged (PDI's) and historically disadvantaged (HDI's) individuals and is currently aligning its business with the view to support the development of these skills. We aim to render a service that will facilitate the formal education, empowerment, employment and development of these individuals, enabling them to become effective contributors to the socio-economic up-liftment of South Africa.
